Our lamb tallow comes exclusively from free-roaming Icelandic sheep.  Iceland is one of the few places on earth where nature still sets the pace. The air is clean, the water flows from glaciers, and the soil is rich with minerals from volcanic activity. Lambs graze on wild grass and moss that grow untended across open fields.
